What is this nonsense?
The average monthly salary in Russia as of March 2019 was just 46,324 rubles ($718 USD) with Moscow (95,179 rubles or $1,477 USD). For Russian McDonalds is quite expensive.

What is terrorism?

Someone who funds terrorism is a terrorist, they just don't pull the trigger. It is a system. It would be a size strategy to stop calling them terrorist supporters, and call them what they are, terrorists.
